Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) - off site
A must for anybody working in the liquor industry. This course is endorsed by Liqor Licensing Victoria. Learn about the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, your obligations as a Bartender and regulations for the serving of alcohol. Upon satisfactorily completion of the 'Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (THHBFB09B)'unit of competency, a nationally recognised statement of attainment will be issued, in addition to the Liquor Licensing Victoria certificate.

Requirements:
Supply a suitable premise, to allow for U-shape seating of the number of students attending. Supply of screen and/or suitable projector wall and access to socket. Other materials, including data projector, handouts and test forms will be supplied by the trainer. Should premises need to be rented, this extra cost will be a direct cost to the company asking for the course delivery.

All courses are subject to maximum number of ten attendees and all course bookings need to be prepaid in advance (or guaranteed) by credit card, cheque or money order. Also known as 'Responsible Service of Food' or 'Basic food handling' course. A must for every person dealing with food and beverage - in a bar, restaurant, fast food outlet or kitchen - any F&B outlet. Receive National Unit of Competency - THHGHS01B Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures Statement of Attainment. This course meets all council requirements and everyone working in the Hospitality Industry should complete thise course.
